Hi there and welcome to my short Bio letting you know a little about me.
I have been involved in real estate for just on twenty years, in which time I have been engaged as Sales Agent and Branch Manager for various agencies and owned and operated my own independent realty offices in both Australia and here in New Zealand…formerly WS Jackson Realty, Mountain River Realty and Axis Realty.
I am an enthusiastic negotiator and skilled professional with a personable, friendly, and outgoing manner, who has managed to develop a system that ensures both my vendors and buyers enjoy a positive experience when it comes to selling or purchasing their greatest of assets – property!
Over the years I have had my concerns regarding what I call ‘exorbitant’ fees that many real estate agents charge their clients for their services. House and property prices have risen to incredible levels, however the percentages charged by many agents have largely remained the same. Given that there is slightly less time involved – from a practical and time perspective in selling a property, due to the advent of technology and the internet etc… it seems to me, and many others – consumer groups, the Press etc… a little ‘unfair’ that real estate fees have remained so high.
Rather than simply talk about it I decided to act on my beliefs and offer the selling public a ‘Low-Cost Commission Structure’ when it comes to marketing and selling their real estate – without compromising service! You may not be aware, but NZ has among the highest commission rates charged for realty services in the Western World.
The AXIS model delivers second to none, professional service, at a great rate of just 1.95% across the board to 1 million dollars, and for anything achieved above 1 million dollars the rate reduces to just 1% of the balance. The AXIS administration fee is also low…as is the overall marketing plan cost.
We regularly offer seasonal specials at times of high property interest and movement.
I get results – my total time on market is below average and my sales prices often exceed what myself and my vendors expect – based upon market trends and CMA data. My testimonials endorse my activity and results, and are available upon request, if not included herein.
